Welcome to Limitless Academy! 🏆 You are here because some part of your life has been left ungoverned. Maybe it is your body. Your money. Your faith. Your habits. Your purpose. Your relationships. Or your word. Most men do not lack goals. They lack a code strong enough to govern their impulses. That is what Limitless Academy is built for. This is a training environment for men rebuilding discipline, faith, self-trust, fitness, purpose, and control through the Limitless Framework. The Framework teaches two things: 1. The 7 Domains reveal where Drift has taken ground. 2. The 7 Laws of Self-Governance show how a man takes that ground back. The goal is simple: Escape Drift. Rebuild self-trust. Become a man whose word carries weight. Before you check the Limitless Command Kit or our courses… Start here: 1. Introduce yourself below. 2. Share the one area of life you most need to govern right now. 3. State one promise you are tired of breaking to yourself. Do not try to sound impressive. Be honest. A man becomes limitless when his word becomes law.

LAW 1: AWAKENING ~ FIRST COUNCIL WK 1
Welcome to Week 1 of the First Council. This week is about the first law of self-governance: AWAKENING. Before a man can rebuild discipline, ownership, integrity, purpose, or legacy, he has to wake up to where he actually is. Not where he wishes he was. Not where he used to be. Not where he tells people he is. Where he actually is. Inside the Limitless Framework, the enemy is Drift. Drift is what happens when a man slowly stops governing himself. It shows up through broken promises, avoided responsibilities, cheap dopamine, vice, excuses, procrastination, comfort, and the areas of life where we stop telling ourselves the truth. Most men do not destroy their lives overnight. They drift. One skipped standard at a time. One broken promise at a time. One excuse at a time. One “I’ll start tomorrow” at a time. This week, we are interrupting that pattern. The goal of Week 1 is not to fix your entire life in seven days. The goal is to wake up. To diagnose. To tell the truth. To identify where Drift has the most control. THE 7 DOMAINS This week, you are going to assess yourself across the 7 Domains: 1. Body 2. Money 3. Faith 4. Family 5. Vice 6. Mission 7. Word These are the areas a man must govern. Body is your physical discipline. Money is your financial discipline. Faith is your spiritual foundation. Family is how you lead and show up at home. Vice is what keeps pulling you off path. Mission is what you are building. Word is your ability to do what you said you would do. WEEK 1 ASSIGNMENT Create your Week 1 Awakening Baseline. Use this format in the comments: Date: Body: ___ / 10Where am I currently at physically? Money: ___ / 10Where am I currently at financially? Faith: ___ / 10Where am I currently at spiritually? Family: ___ / 10Where am I currently at as a father, partner, son, brother, or leader at home? Vice: ___ / 10What keeps pulling me into Drift? Mission: ___ / 10Where am I currently at with my purpose, goals, work, business, or calling? Word: ___ / 10Where do I keep breaking promises to myself?

1. What is my biggest source of Drift right now? Falling back into my bad habit, even if I’m made significant progress. 2. Which domain is currently the weakest? I think that if I had a patch to my mission, I would be seriously better of, then where I am currently. 3. Which domain is currently the strongest? Body and faith 4. What is one thing I keep saying I’ll do, but don’t? Keeping my word, yet making excuses. 5. What is one thing I need to stop negotiating with? All vices once that’s handled I’ll be a better man for it. I know this because of the process I’ve made so far. 6. What do I want to be true by the end of these 7 weeks? To become the best man best version of myself, and continue to do that every single day. Time and time again.

@William Ramos Okay okay, I am understanding you now. No more smoking anything. 100% I’m done with it. Because I don’t need it and I need to prove to myself it doesn’t control me. It’s not forget the part where it’s actually not good for you. Smoke is bad. Period.
✅ Random check-in:
What’s one thing you’ve been putting off that you know would immediately improve your life if you handled it? Not a huge goal. Not a motivational speech. Just one thing. License. Gym consistency. Sleep. Budgeting. Prayer. Cleaning your room. Fixing your schedule. Having a hard conversation. Cutting off a vice. Keeping your word on something small. Drop yours below. No judgment. Just ownership. Because most men don’t need a new life. They need to stop negotiating with the thing they already know they need to do.

1. 5 2. 7 3. 8 4. 6 5. 7 6. 7 7. Chasing any type of high to replace the emptyness I feel more often then not. 8. To become the best version of myself, absolute best. 9. Staying away from smoking weed and cigarettes. 10. Because I want change and to be and do more and do good by me.
You Are NOT a Hardgainer!
If you think you’re a Hardgainer, you’re probably not eating enough calories. Gaining and losing weight is essentially: • Caloric Maintenance(CM) - (Calories In - Calories Burned) = Calories Remaining(CR) • To Gain Weight: CR = 250 to 500 • To Maintain Weight: CR = <250 • To Lose Weight: CR = -250 to -500 This must be consistent in order to provide long-term results. Exhibit A(Photo #1): 15 year old William, in great shape. Visable abs. Zeeeeerro consistency. BUT HE THOUGHT HE WAS A HARDGAINER! Exhibit B(Photo #2): 24 year old William, in even better shape. Visable everything. Thorough consistency. NOT a hardgainer.

So will there also be a course on what type of diet to stay on, to continue to achieve thorough consistency throughout ones journey? Or would you recommend just sticking by these guidelines and just maintaining a good overall healthy diet.
