The RC has been pivotal in gaining & practicing the knowledge we learn about ourselves & our adult child(ren) in estrangement, & for some, finding the way back to each other  The daily challenges make you think about how you look at yourself & your adult child(ren) & it can transform your thinking & nervous system to a better you, with greater understanding, compassion & empathy for both yourself & your AC for what you did not know before & what you know now.  We all encourage each other!
