Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. I'll send 46k emails a month for you
Hey everyone, currently I have 52 google workspace inboxes. From that I can send 1560 emails a day. That's 46k emails a month. I'll show you my email infrastructure to you. With that volume, you can expect 6-7 clients every month. I am looking to send these emails for your B2B service. I want small payment upfront (we'll discuss about it). Also I need 5% commission per paid client I bring. I get paid after you get paid. I'm attaching some of my results which I bought in the screenshot below. Email me [email protected] if you wanna partner up

5 Brutally Honest Truths About Running an Agency
1. Solve a specific bottleneck, don't sell "AI": Clients don't buy AI; they buy saved time and increased revenue. Find a repetitive, manual friction point in a specific niche (like lead triage or automated onboarding) and productize the exact solution. 2. Fix your delivery before you scale your outreach: Winning clients is useless if your automations break a week later. Build robust, error-handled systems using tools like Make and Voiceflow, and test them rigorously before moving to the next client. 3. Charge for the value, not the hours: Standard hourly billing caps your income. Instead, use value-based pricing or a monthly retainer model based on the operational hours your automation saves the business. 4. Build a "sandbox" demo for discovery calls: Prospects need to see it to believe it. Create a simple, interactive prototype relevant to their niche that you can showcase live on your pitch calls to instantly build trust and proof of concept. 5. Document everything for recurring revenue: Turn your builds into long-term assets. Offer an ongoing monthly maintenance retainer to monitor API changes, update prompts, and troubleshoot bugs so the client never has to worry about system downtime. if you like to my advice, then comment if you like to my advice, then comment below if anyone need any help with anything.
