Hello community, I'm a 39-year-old who has been managing CKD, hypertension-induced proteinuria, and IgA Nephropathy for over a decade now (since 2014). My latest lab numbers are holding at a serum creatinine of 1.83 mg/dL and an eGFR of 48 mL/min. My latest 24-hour total urine protein is 0.53 g/day. My June 2024 DTPA scan showed a split kidney function of roughly 44% on the left and 56% on the right (Total GFR of 60.27 mL/min). I'm joining the group because, even after years of managing this, there is always more to learn about kidney-safe diets, blood pressure control, and navigating the ups and downs of IgA Nephropathy. Glad to be here with you all!
