@DebbieAnn Lewis Sonder connects to the account you are logged in to. So if you are logged in to the account you don't want it to post to, it would still connect to that, even if you disconnect. If you want it to connect to another page make sure you log out of the previous account, and log in to the account you want it to be posting to, then disconnect and connect again (while logged in with the account you want it to post to)

@Lynn Goldstrohm Good questions. Let me tighten up my earlier answer, because there's one step that makes all the difference. Logging out and back in inside your normal browser often isn't enough for TikTok. It remembers that you already approved Sonder, so it quietly reconnects the same account without ever asking you. The reliable way is a private window: 1. Open a private/incognito window (Chrome: three dots, then New Incognito window. Safari: File, then New Private Window) 2. Go to tiktok.com in that window and log in to the account you DO want to post to 3. In that same window, open Sonder, go to Settings, hit "Manage / add accounts", disconnect TikTok, then connect again Because that window starts fresh with no memory, TikTok has to ask which account you mean, and you finally get the right one. On your two questions: Do my iPhone and PC both need to be logged into the right TikTok? No. Only the device you actually do the connecting on matters. Once it's linked, the connection lives on our side, so what you're logged into afterwards makes no difference at all. I'd do it on the PC in a private window. Connecting from a phone is less predictable, because the link can jump into the TikTok app and grab whichever account is signed in there. Do we still have to click next and add the description and hashtags? Correct, for videos. Your video lands in your TikTok drafts, then you open the app, add your caption and hashtags, and post it yourself. That part is on purpose. TikTok also won't carry the caption across, so use the Copy button next to your caption in Sonder and paste it in. Slideshows are the exception. There you get a choice, and posting straight to TikTok is the default, caption included. Everything else (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest) posts directly with no extra steps.
