Need to know before starting calisthenics
I start learning calisthenics in August 2024 I was able to do 1 push up hardly and 1 pull up negative Now I can do 10 push ups and 1 pull up I think if you want to grow in calisthenics ,you need a good split and exercise selection This is my routine Day 1 full body Day 2 skill Day 3 full body Day 4 rest Day 5 skill Day 6 full body Day 7 rest I have seen many youtuber who says work out 6 Days a week but you need to work maximum 5 days and minimum 3 day a week I will tell all exercises if cobrasthenics will comment
