How to improve English speaking and communication skills as an introvert, living in a small town where you don't have much opportunities to practice with like minded people.

Use ChatGPT as a tool. The best way to do is dictate and dump down your thoughts (like a challenge you're facing) to ChatGPT and have a full-on conversation about it. The voice mode in GPT has limitations but you can use the 'Dictate' feature which appears in the chat box. You record a voice note and it auto generates the transcript which you can send over and get a text-based response. Another thing: I talk to myself in English, something I'm sure you do too. So when you're on the go and can't actively use GPT, talk to yourself in English (make sure nobody's around or you'll have them suspect that you've gone crazy lol). Hope this helps. Good luck!
