A founder came to me after spending $12,000 on freelancers across 4 months. He had nothing to show for it.
Three different hires. Three failed deliveries. Each time he went through the same loop: Post → Interview → Trust → Disappoint → Restart. When we spoke, he wasn't skeptical of offshore talent. He was skeptical of everything. We started with a 1-week paid trial, $500. His engineer was matched within 48 hours from our pre-vetted pool. By day 5, the engineer had delivered more than all three freelancers combined. He's now on month 4. Paying $2,000/month. Saving over $8,000/month compared to a local hire. And he hasn't touched a freelancer platform since. The model works. The key is dedicated attention , not shared capacity. DM me 'TRIAL' if you want to see if I can find you the right fit.

I watched a founder lose a £7,000 client because his Upwork developer disappeared on day 14.
No warning. No message. Just gone. He had to refund. Apologize. Start over. That was 3 weeks of momentum, a client relationship, and £7K, all vanished. The worst part? He'd done everything "right." He checked reviews. He paid on time. He communicated clearly. The freelancer model is just broken for founders who need consistent delivery. Freelancers are incentivized to take on volume, not give you dedicated attention. You always pay the price.

From Cold Start to Inbound Lead → Closed. $1.5k Setup + $500/mo Retainer.
I didn’t chase. No cold emails No ads No Upwork. Just focused on building, and being visible with clarity. And then it happened. ✅ Got an inbound DM from a fellow AI agency founder ✅ He asked if I could build white-label agents for his clients ✅ I said: “Yes. Send me the requirements.” → He did. → I delivered. → He signed an NDA. → Now, I manage his entire backend. Every new client he closes? → I charge a setup fee → Build the AI agent → My team handles ongoing support He’s selling the builds 3x. I have zero problem with that. Because… 🌍 I’m operating from Pakistan ⚙️ Our output is global 📦 He handles sales. I handle systems.🤝 It’s a quiet backend partnership, and it just works. What changed everything? → Clarity of offer → Clean personal brand → Positioning as the silent backend partner → And staying consistent online If you're a founder scaling an AI/automation agency… And want to offload backend builds, agents, workflows, and client delivery… DM me. or connect me here on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/abdulrehman-ai-automation/ I’ll help you scale quietly, without dev overhead at cost effective rates.

Free Codes
Just created a video on an AI-enabled PDF tool for editing PDFs, chatting with them, etc. It's called UPDF (I highly recommend them). They were super relevant as I recently had to get Adobe to edit and sign a PDF and using it was a nightmare and I left free trial on and it's well expensive... UPDF is the better solution imo They are giving away 3 free 1-month codes to AI Automation Hub members, all you have to do is comment on the YouTube video and on this post. The 3 winners will be selected by ChatGPT on Friday at 12 noon GMT. Luke
