PMP PASSED
I passed my PMP exam with Above Target in all three domains yesterday 17-oct-2026 ! 🎉 This was my second attempt, which makes this achievement even more special. Balancing preparation with a full-time job and being a mother wasn’t easy, but I’m so glad I didn’t give up. Thank you, Andrew Ramdayal! Your course, practice questions, and mindset lessons were a big part of my preparation. I scored 81% on my final 180-question mock, which helped build my confidence before the exam. To anyone preparing or trying again: review your mistakes, understand the reasoning behind the answers, and keep going. One unsuccessful attempt doesn’t define your journey. ❤️ Proud to finally say: I’m PMP certified!

Hi @Hena Siddiqui . Congratulations! 🎈🎉 I'm also prepping and aiming to take exam by Dec. Can u tell me which "180-question mock" exam you're talking about. It would be great if you could guide or share the link to where to access that mock exam. I also took a mock exam from AR's course at Udemy, and got 80% in my 1st attempt. but still Im not that much confident because this is the only mock exam I've taken yet. Im thinking to take multiple mocks before going for final exam, so does it worth or not? Moreoever, I would like to know from your mistakes in the 1st attempt, what caused you to lose it. Because learning form someone's mistake will help me to idenfity if im not repeating the same.
Struggling with PMP prep. — need some advice from seniors!
Hi everyone, I've been using AI (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini) to study for my PMP. Whenever I get a practice question wrong from Andrew's course or videos, I paste it into AI to understand logic and reasoning, and to see if the simulator answer aligns with PMI rules. Sometimes the AI disagrees with the course answer key and explains why another option makes more sense under PMBOK guidelines. But because AI can make mistakes or flip its answer when you argue with it, I'm second-guessing myself a lot now. Am I overcomplicating things by relying on AI? Did any of you use AI while prepping? Should I keep using AI to break down questions, or stick strictly to official study materials/simulators? Any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Course from Andrew Ramdayal on Udemy - Review
I have completed the course on Udemy and just paused myself before taking a Mock Exam. I think overall course is good and clears most of the PMP mindset and principals. I just need to say that solving the easy questions are not difficult for me but doing some tricky questions based on very close answers is still taking me. I hope to get guidance and discussion here from participants for such tricky questions, before i consider my self ready for exam.

@Nikola Janjic Nikola, can u see the below steps and guide me is it ok, and aligned with PMI principles or not? In very simple and easy language, here is how the Integrated Change Control process works step-by-step. Step 1: The Request Pops Up Someone (a client, sponsor, or team member) asks for a change (e.g., "Add a new feature" or "Speed up the project by one month"). Step 2: The Project Manager's First Job (Analyze & Assess FIRST) Before you write a formal Change Request or hand anything over to anyone, you (the Project Manager) and your team perform the assessment. - You calculate: How much extra money will this cost? How many days will it delay us? What are the risks? What options do we have? - Why do this first? Because a request without an impact assessment is just an empty idea. You cannot ask a decision-making board to approve something if nobody knows what it will cost or take to build! Step 3: Submit the Formal Change Request (CR) with the Assessment Now that you have done the math and evaluated the impact, you write down the official Change Request. It includes: 1. What the change is. 2. Your assessment results (cost, schedule, risk, and resource impact). 3. Recommended options or solutions. Step 4: Present to the CCB for Decision The Change Control Board (CCB) receives the Change Request along with your completed assessment results. What is the Core Job of the CCB then? If the Project Manager already did the assessment, why do we even need a CCB? - The CCB does NOT do technical analysis from scratch. They do not run schedule simulations or count budget items line-by-line. - The CCB's core job is BUSINESS DECISION-MAKING based on your assessment. They review the assessment results you brought them and ask high-level business questions: "The PM says this feature will cost $50,000 and delay us by 2 weeks. Is this business feature worth spending $50,000 of our company's reserve? Do we want to accept that delay?"
Pre-exam check-In proctor
Today I faced an issue during the PMP exam check-in process, Pearson OnVUE didn't accept the paper print of the Indentity card, As the card was downloaded from authorised entity. The issue has been raised with ticket with both PMI and OnVUE. But PMI is express to pay retake fees. Please assist how i can take up the issue and reschedule exam
