Upwork Preventing Client from Closing Contract – 30-Day Feedback Rule. Anyone Faced This?
Hey everyone, I’m facing an issue on Upwork where my client can’t close the contract on my second job. Upwork told both of us that the client has to wait 30 days from the contract start date before they can leave feedback or officially close the contract. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you resolve it—did you just wait out the 30 days, or was there another way around it? Any advice or shared experiences would be really helpful! Thanks in advance!

Do you think I should end the contract first then provide feedback to the client, then ask him to do the same ?
