Ball and wall, for stamina you should do this exercise: start up by running slowly the width of a football pitch 30-40 m then you should sprint the length of the pitch (100m) more or less, then you recover by running slowly the other width of the pitch, if you don't have a pitch you can do that by running the block of houses where you live or going on a strait line and marking the distances more or less so you can go from point a to point b following all the previously mentioned steps
