SOTD: Masculine Elegance 🤌
Wore Brazilian Tobacco today. It opens with a warm, slightly sweet tobacco that feels smooth and comforting. The scent gives off a calm, confident feeling—rich, cozy, and a little bold without being too heavy. Projection was solid for the first couple of hours, and the scent settled into a warm, slightly sweet tobacco on my skin that kept going for quite a while. Anyone else wearing tobacco scents today? What’s your favorite?

What are the best fragrances for college?
Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I would like to know what you consider to be the best day fragrances to use in university. Since it is not a place where fragrances are commonly worn, I would like to hear your opinion on which scents work best without being "too much".

@Víctor Mendoza Yes basically I have the simplicity rotation I think I can call it that. My signature: Armani Code Parfum Summer special: Bleu De Chanel Winter Special: Dior Homme Parfum More Business meeting like: Brazilian Tobacco More personal thing: Top Notch or Armani Code Profumo this is the base anything else is an addition or just as a hoppy.

@Víctor Mendoza Thanks brother <3 I don't have all of them but that's the ideal case to have all of these at least.
Middle Eastern Houses that are not clone houses.
I get a lot of questions about Middle Eastern Houses especially about the clone houses that a lot of people consider Middle Eastern although those houses are popular here in America and in Europe, not in the Middle East I have compiled a minor list of houses that are truly Middle Eastern luxury up to niche that are not clone houses. Middle Eastern perfume houses (niche / heritage) — not “clone houses” Oman - Amouage (Oman) — true high-perfumery niche house; artistic, resin/amber/ incense DNA. - OMANLUXURY (Oman) — modern niche, Omani identity, quality blends. - OJAR (Oman) — Middle Eastern-inspired luxury niche; often built around ingredients + ritual. UAE - WIDIAN (Abu Dhabi, UAE) — luxury niche with a very “polished” Western-meets-Gulf style. - Anfas (Dubai, UAE) — niche/heritage-leaning Emirati perfumery; strong Gulf signature options. - The Spirit of Dubai (Dubai, UAE) — high-end “Dubai luxury” style; statement scents. - Hind Al Oud (UAE) — Emirati luxury house; lots of character, oud/incense/musk focus. - Ghawali (UAE) — positioned as modern niche; more curated than mass-market. - Swiss Arabian (UAE) — heritage UAE brand; not a clone house, but more mainstream/masstige today (still plenty of original catalog). Saudi Arabia - Arabian Oud (Saudi Arabia) — major heritage house with its own long-running catalog. - Abdul Samad Al Qurashi (Saudi Arabia) — ultra-heritage luxury oud/incense/perfume house. - Ibrahim Al Qurashi (Saudi Arabia) — heritage Saudi house with a big original catalog; not a clone brand, though some releases may get “inspired-by” comparisons online. Gulf / Kuwait (often associated with Kuwait/GCC retail) - Gissah — modern Gulf niche/luxury vibe; some scents get compared to Western hits (common with popular brands), but it’s not marketed as a clone house. Middle East–style niche (boutique house) - Maison Anthony Marmin (Middle East niche positioning) — niche oud/musk/amber direction; not a “dupe brand” identity.

I love many of those myself. I love that kind of perfumes Arabs wore perfumes for thousands of years back so we get the gist of the gist.
Solo beast mode…
Well I’m home alone, just poured myself an old fashioned and curling up on the couch to watch some TV, and I thought f*** it — I’m going beast mode tonight. 14 sprays of Oud for Greatness, all for me. I’m not just in a scent cloud, I’m in a scent mushroom cloud. I can practically see it projecting off me. Now I know what a rack of ribs feels like locked up in a smoker. And I’m loving it

@Nick Clemente I don't often over spray. Yet, when I do, I gotta I never regret it.
What was your first fragrance?
I'm curious, now that I'm starting out on this journey into fragrances, what was your first fragrance? Why did you choose it? And do you still use it? (I'd like to know more about how you chose it so I can see how to choose mine, thanks for the replies btw)
