What is a good amount of approaches someone should aim for daily in order to actually feel like we become better and better each day ?

After 100s of dates throughout the years this is what I’ve learned. Having sex with hot girls isn’t that good after a while. I’m guessing its your ego. Once you fill your validated getting attractive women, afterwards It doesn’t really feel meaningful. Regardless of looks, some girls you genuinely have fun with are rare. Would say I meet a girl who I really appreciate once every 6months to a year. So I recommend gettjng into a relationship, bc it’s not getting any better than that. Building a relationship with trust is difficult when you have multiple options. Dont get me wrong even good girls would stay around even tho they know u have multiple girls but it builds a one sided relationship where one is always chasing, trying to get validation from the other person.

I want to approach women, the city I'm in has a lot of pretty ones. But since I never done it before, and pretty much 99.99% of the time a woman is with her friend / friend group, makes me more nervous and overthink a lot, so I get stuck, how to overcome this ? I know there isn't any magic solutions, just need some advice 😅.
