Hello Abbie, it's so good to finally meet you!! I didn't loose myself later in life, I never fully got to meet me because I was a caregiver starting at the age of 10 and it never stopped until my daughters left home. #mindblown

The empty house isn't the problem. The problem is you don't know who you are when there's no one to show up for - and you're 50+, so you thought you'd have it figured out by now. And that's actually the beginning of everything.

The years is winding down, what are you doing today?

I'm in the being stage of life now, just BEING. Staying in my lane, minding my own business, keeping this ego in check. Finally get to live for me!!! I had a conversation with my family. I don’t even know why I engage, but they asked. They were complaining about their lives and I told them the truth. This is the life you chose. That lit a fire real quick. I removed myself from the conversation because I felt my energy dropping and I wasn’t going there. Later I sent a text, calm and clear. Your life is what you chose it to be. If you wanted to be rich, you would be. If you aren’t, then that wasn’t the choice you made. And that’s okay. But you can choose again. You can do anything you decide to do. It’s your life. It’s your destiny. You are in control. No one else is to blame. There are no excuses. Look at me, I'm 63 and I'm discovering and choosing again and if I can do it at 63, then so can you!!
