Signal: relationship-first business decisions
Over the past few months I’ve noticed how much I enjoy the relational side of my work. Sharing coffee with other business owners I first met through online networking. Sending voice notes to clients. Writing the occasional handwritten note to send in the post. It’s made me realise that my business grows most naturally through relationships, not transactions. So one small decision I’m making is to lean into that. To spend more time in real conversations and less time trying to optimise everything. I’ve also started thinking about creating an approved partner list. People I know and trust, who I’d feel comfortable recommending to my clients. Sometimes the most helpful business decisions are simply noticing where things already feel alive and choosing to support that. I’m curious: what’s one relationship-first decision you’ve made in your business recently?

@Miri Campbell I also think my free group on Skool that’s just getting started is helping so much. I feel like I am starting to recognize my email subscribers names and engaging with them more than just feeling like I was only sending things out to them
