Package Your Expertise - Expert Pod with The Impact Collab
@Robert Nagy and I are excited to be hosting Product Design Foundations: Expert Pod "Package Your Expertise" in 06 and 20 August at 11am AEST. It is a group mentoring style format with only 10 participants over 2 x 1 hour sessions. Thank you to @Abbey Pantano for inviting us to join! By the end of these workshops you will have a core package, a named target client, and a clear pitch to attract your right-fit clients. Who is this Pod best for? This pod is for members who have services out there but haven’t yet found what’s repeatable and sustainable. Whether you’re building your first real package or you’ve been delivering brilliantly but reinventing the wheel for every client - a well-built package means easier conversations, a quicker yes, and more income for less effort. You’ll get the most from this pod if you’re already offering services, even if they’re early stage. There are only 2 spots left 😀 so if you are keen, register via : https://luma.com/impact-collab-virtual-events?tag=business+support. PS : also check out @Kirrily Graham from Dovetail, who is hosting Charity Partnerships Expert Pod.

Feedback on my "I'm Thinking About" post
Thanks @Jodie Willmer and @Robert Nagy for a great first session today! I have two items: 1. Where can I find the recording for session 1? I'd like to go back to some feedback you shared with me live. 2. After going down the rabbit hole with AI I have created the following "I'm thinking about" post, keeping in mind that I needed to go a bit off-brief since the package I want to offer isn't a carbon copy of what I do now. I’ve been thinking about how social enterprises mobilise people around their mission. Many organisations have customers, supporters or volunteers who care about the work. But participation often stops there. People care about the mission but there is no clear structure for how they can actively contribute to it. Most of my work focuses on community design and participation systems. Helping organisations turn passive audiences into active communities. I’m starting to explore whether those same ideas could help social enterprises strengthen things like: • volunteer participation • community advocacy • supporter led fundraising • local partnerships Before developing anything, I want to understand where community mobilisation actually helps and where it doesn’t. If you are: • running a social enterprise that relies on volunteers or community participation • a fundraising or development specialist working with social enterprises I’d really appreciate a short conversation to learn from your experience. No program yet. I’m trying to understand where the real gaps are and also find potential collaborators for it's delivery. If you would be open to a 20–30 minute chat, please send me a message!

@Jodie Willmer thanks I feel like I'm a behind the 8-ball since I need to do some more ground work before being able to formalise a package so I wanted to get out there quick!
