How do I improve this more? I will draw it again, but what should I do? How do I bring out the eyes more, the nose is a tiny bit hard too, I tried outlining it, but I realised there is more shadow playing in it. It’s actually way hard than I thought.

They say when there is will, you will get your supplies. AND I DID OMG. Turns out, i had white charcoal pencil from a very young age!? Like it's 7 years old, but hey it works. And so today there was a gift exchange thing, and I figured I would ask for black charcoal pencil and the kneaded eraser. And NOW I DO possess it SO. The first thing I did with it, obviously started practicing what i have to do. The charcoal pencil is craazy but the blending is way easier in it. Honestly can't believe I had figured I would need white charcoal pencil one day when I was 11?
