@Jamon Styles eating healthy and staying in a calorie deficit. Then the second thing is consistency. Overcoming the comfort of watching TV on the couch. Now I watch TV while on the treadmill. Little changes adds to big gains.
Cardio day complete. Nothing like starting the weekend burning calories. Im loosing weight so im always in a calorie deficit. I dont know if its cheating but GLP-1 helps me.
@Jamon Styles energy is great on it. Im definitely lifting/strength training. The more strength training you do the more muscle mass you preserve. The more muscle mass you have the better/higher your metabolism is for burning fat.
Back and biceps. Barbell rows,seated low row, lat pull down,dumbell curls, reverse flys with my chest on the incline bench. Should shrugs with my chest on incline bench. Rest day today then push day tomorrow, leg day Wednesday, upper body Friday, cardio Saturday. @Jamon Styles
