Coffee Date Show Up Rate HACK
I am not sure if you remember my posts from about 10 days ago? I explained my plan to CRUSH cold outreach automation in 2026 Here is what I did to start the ball rolling. I scraped 36 businesses that: 1. Are in the niche of my choice 2. Are advertising heavily 3. Have tons of google reviews I loaded those bad boys into SmartLead, and wrote 5 emails. Within 2 days... BOOM! A hot lead. He at first was sceptical about our "Offer of the century"... however I turned him! (You can read how here) But.... I was skiing with my son last week and I didnt have a chance to actually book in the coffee date. Ouch!! Because of the week delay, most agency owners would lose the lead, right? I mean, it's been over a week? Me, no!!! I have a sneaky hack in I have used over and over again in situations like this to make sure I don't lose the lead. It's called HUMOUR!! Lemme explain. The sun got the better of my lips on the slopes. They are burnt to crap. Very uncomfortable and I look TERRIBLE. I used that to my advantage. Check the screenshot. Do you think Matthew is going to show up to this call or not? I think there is a pretty good chance... Why? If I add a little personality and humour into my client "copy" it can make all the difference. What do you think? Please vote. If I get more than 100 votes... I will record the coffee date and show you how I close him. -D PS I hope he books in, lol!! Otherwise I am gonna look a silly sausage.

@Dan Wardrope no fucking way bro. Nice one 💪🏻
I'm gonna crack "Cold Outreach Automation" in 2026 - Here's my Sexy AF plan
Sorry for the radio silence, peeps. We’ve been heads down building a new “coffee date” acquisition machine. Truth is… I’ve never really needed cold outreach. I’ve always been able to get my offers in front of a warm audience. …But not everyone has that. So over the next few weeks, we’re going all in on cold outreach automation. The goal? Figure this out properly… Then show you how to land coffee dates from ice-cold leads, even if you’re starting from zero. And yes… I think this is going to CRUSH!! Why? Because most people do cold outreach like this: 1. Spend a fortune on data (Apollo etc.) 2. Pick a niche 3. Create a “meh” offer 4. Write some emails 5. Add some AI personalisation 6. Ask for a reply 7. Set live 8. Pray 9. Get ignored No coffee dates. Here’s my evil plan: 1. Use AI to scrape and enrich high-quality data for cheap 2. Lead with an “offer they’d be stupid to say no to” (e.g. turning old leads into sales on a performance basis) 3. Build a simple opt-in page (lead magnet) where they can experience the offer instantly 4. Layer in Voice AI for a proper “WTF is this?” moment (tailored to their niche) 5. Write 5 bangin emails, I won't need AI ready to be loaded into SmartLead And this is the fun bit… At the same time as we send email 1 and 3, I am gonna: 6. Send an SMS 7. Drop an AI voicemail in my voice Just to say: “Hey NAME, just sent you an email.” 8. Then we go live… …and have the sales team ready for inbound calls from people who are curious (and slightly confused) by how personalised it all feels. Goal: Minimum one coffee date per day. Now - this is just the plan. It’ll evolve. Some of it might not fly with compliance. I don’t know yet. But it’s going to be fun figuring it out. If you want to come along for the ride… Comment “Sexy AF” below. If enough people are in, I’ll document the whole journey over the next few weeks. And if not… I’ll still do it - just won’t tell you about it 😄 -D

@Dan Wardrope I wanna see how you do on this one 😉
Customer experience android training thread
I’ve you have purchased the customer experience android training First off, I wanna say a huge thank you for your support - I hope you find this as useful as I have in my journey from 0 I have tried to squeeze every single thing you could possibly need into the training However, in my promise to support you the best I can for the first 90 days of this being released there may or may not be components I may have overlooked that you require that not everybody may need Maybe I’ve covered it and you haven’t gotten to that chapter yet But in any case If there is something you need and I haven’t covered it Let’s use this thread as a hive mind to work through any issues - we all get stuck in different places and that’s okay, we’re all good at some things and new at other things The important part is we work as a unit to progress together 💪🏻 Thanks again You rock Let me know your wins To your success 🍻 Aaron 🫶

@James Santiago theres a guide out there in the videos somewhere either in the roya classroom or the Ai Automation ninjas group on how to set up the V2 nodes. Just add a new GHL nodes, get the credentials sorted & use the same fields & JSON codes I included in the OG workflow template :)
Reputation management
I'm a little confused- does this AI respond only to google reviews? or does it answer on other platforms as well ?

ghl only supports google you’d need to go off platform to provide another solution
Car Dealerships
Was wondering if anyone has had any success working directly with car dealerships? What’s been your experience?

@Carl Bruckner its not an industry I’d recommend going after unless you have deep long roots in the industry from a previous career I’ve been in the space for 2 years now and I have a team of 15 people who all have auto experience If it wasn’t for the team, the car business would have swallowed us whole and spat us out a long time ago Working with dealers is like working with children who don’t make decisions based on logic; they base their decisions off of their emotions in the moment. Account management is key, I have guys flying all over the states purely to shake dealer hands because they won’t do business any other way I could go on for days, but honestly it’s hell 🤣 If you have the tenured experience in the game, feel free to reach out If you don’t, 100% take my advice and pick another industry 🤣
