Hi everyone! Excited to be a part of this community. My name is Aaron. My family lives in Denver, Colorado but we are contemplating a move out of state in the near future. I want to hold onto my current residence and turn it into a MTR and came across this community and this strategy and I'm very interested in this as a strategy for me and my family. Not ready to rent out the house right now but here to make as many connections and learn as much as I can so that I'm ready to go when the opportunity presents itself.
