Glad I found this community and met @Josh De Jong! Did my longest run ever this weekend (5.32 miles) And my longest bike ride ever (24 min) It's a great start to see where I was at. Excited to do my first triathlon in June 2026. Long way to go so I will keep updates here. :)

Hey Loco's, for those that haven't met me yet, I'm Nick Sommers. I'm a college swimmer and have been a triathlete for 4 years now (apart of the team for 2yrs), completing 4 fulls and 7 halfs. I know swimming can be extremely hard for folks and want to help out the team. Therefore, I want to offer swim "lessons" or guidance, especially for technique. I've been teaching adults for some time now and also work with children. Ideally, during my college season we would meet on Sundays to work together. LMK if this is something we'd want
