What do you need help with next?
I’m not going to chuck 16 weeks of videos in here, have you binge it all then forget it. Each week, I’m using this to choose what we cover next. I’ve got the actual content ready, but I want the stuff we put out to line up with what you lot are properly struggling with right now. Vote below. If it’s something more specific, put it in the comments. The one with the most votes is what I’m breaking down next week.

Put your page here
If you’re joining this, don’t just sit and watch everything. Put your Instagram in the comments and tell us: • where you’re cutting • what sort of clients you want more of • what you think is holding you back right now Doesn’t need to be a big introduction. Just give me enough to see what you’re doing. I’ll go through a few and tell you the first thing I’d sort.

Week 1: Who are you actually trying to get in your chair?
The first thing to sort is who you actually want sat in your chair. Not the generic answer. Not “anyone who books in”. Think about the clients you already enjoy cutting. The ones who turn up on time, trust you, value what you do and are the sort of people you want more of. Drop this in the comments: “I’m the barber for…” Then finish it properly. Say who they are, what they come to you for, and why they would bother choosing you over the barber five minutes down the road. Doesn’t need to sound clever. It needs to sound like something a real person would actually understand when they land on your page. I’ll come back on them and tell you what is too vague.
