when given the option for a live video tour should that be an option or still send someone out to go in person for an inspection?

@ Fareed and everyone in the call today that helped with their responses on how to reply to a property owner who wants an offer first. I contacted the property owner that said they wanted an offer first again but they just want an offer in text. They’re very stubborn on it. Need more help on this one
