@Cassie Lincoln "high-performing framework" or "game-changing framework"... Excellent suggestions! The reason why I don't offer guarantees is because it tends to attract bad clients. Clients who are more prone to ask for a refund, clients with unrealistic expectations or bad intent. I want to attract clients who understand that starting a business itself is a risk and it takes a lot of work and investments. So what I did was to create offers for each of them that can guarantee "an impactful" next step result (also stating realistic expectations) that positively affects their business revenue or growth. They will sign a contract agreeing to these terms as well. That way I can avoid refunds, fulfill their needs and have good client retention. I have worked with over 100 clients while freelancing for 4+ years and trust me I have seen and experienced quite enough. Learnt some lessons for sure. Ha ha.
