Starting Monday, we kick off our 4-Week Summer Block. The goal? Train smart. Stay fit. Keep improving. Enjoy summer. Over the next four weeks, athletes will experience all the key HYROX demands, including running, strength, engine, compromised running, simulations, and more, but in a way that allows the body and mind to recover from months of hard training while still making progress.
