Why your Claude output is weak (and it's not the model).
Most people prompt, then complain about the output. The fix is one sentence, and it goes in before anything gets built. When I had Claude build a full high ticket funnel, I gave it the broad instruction first. The offer, the price, the pages I wanted, the sequences behind them. Then instead of hitting go, I put it in plan mode and added this: Interview me to clarify any major points, but use recommendations for most. That second half matters. Claude makes the small calls itself and only comes to me on the major ones. Here's some of what it asked me: What should this $20K program help clients achieve in 90 days? Which delivery model should the funnel sell? Who should qualify to apply for this program? How aggressive should the core 90-day promise be? Those are all offer questions. It was making me think through my own offer before it built a single page. If you're not sure what questions you should be asking about your offer, that interview is the exercise. I rushed mine because it was a demo. On a real build, the more time you spend in the interview, the happier you'll be with the final result. Drop your biggest Claude prompting mistake in the comments. What did you skip that you wish you hadn't?

What to do in the first week after an automation goes live
Going live is not the finish line. The first week is when you learn what you missed. A simple plan: Day one: watch every run as it happens. Do not trust it yet. Day two and three: read every reply the system gets from real people. The odd ones show you the gaps. Day four: write down every case where a human had to step in. Day five: fix the top two issues only. Resist the urge to change everything. Day seven: set a date for the next review and put it in the calendar. Tell the client what you are doing and when, so a quiet week does not look like nothing is happening. Most problems show up in the first few days, so catching them early is cheap. What is the first thing you check after a go-live?

Murad, solid plan. First thing I check is the runs that failed quietly, the ones that finished with no error but did nothing useful. Those are the ones nobody tells you about. A client only complains about the loud failures.
Workflow or agent: where do you draw the line for clients?
When a client asks for an AI agent, how often does it end up being a plain workflow with one model step in the middle? I lean workflow by default and only hand control to an agent where the path really can't be predicted, like a live phone call. Everything around it stays boring and testable. Where do you draw that line, and has a client ever pushed back on it?

Same line here, Umer. Workflow by default, agent only where the path can't be mapped ahead of time. Clients say "agent" because that's the word they've heard. What they actually want is the same result every time, and a plain workflow with one model step gives them that and is easy to debug when something breaks. The pushback I see is when they want it to feel smart. Showing them the logs of what it did on each run usually settles it. Do your clients ask to see that, or do they just care about the outcome?
🚨 Your Funnel Is Losing Sales.
Most people have no idea there are two different reasons their funnel stops converting. One shows up in your analytics. The other is completely invisible unless you're watching it happen in real time. Microsoft Clarity catches the invisible stuff. Rage clicks (same spot hit 5+ times in frustration). Dead clicks on text and images people mistake for buttons. Scroll depth showing 70% of visitors never reach your CTA. PostHog tells you IF a change improves your numbers. Clarity tells you WHY people are leaving. You need both working together. And if you moved off GoHighLevel, here's what nobody warns you about. GHL literally can't split traffic to different URLs. That means your split test structure has to be rebuilt from scratch on custom pages. Most people skip this and run tests on broken data for months without knowing it. There's a sequence to get right. Tracking setup, friction diagnosis, conversion definition, split test architecture. Miss one step and your numbers lie to you the entire time. I put together the Heatmap Conversion Optimization System to walk through all of it. Heatmap setup, friction diagnostics, custom page split test structure. Start to finish. Drop "Heatmap" in the comments and I'll DM it to you.

I built a system that turns any local business website into a working AI receptionist in about 15 seconds
Hey everyone. Jay suggested I share what I'm building, so here's the latest one. Paste any local business website and about 15 seconds later you have an AI receptionist for that business. It reads the site for services, hours, service area and safety rules, writes its own instructions, and takes calls right in the browser. Bookings land in a database with every detail, and the whole backend runs as two n8n workflows: one builds the receptionist, one routes everything that happens during a call. Part 1, live build and a real call: https://www.loom.com/share/fd364a3d486341eca2a3760d6525772d Part 2, the n8n workflows behind it: https://www.loom.com/share/95fc74ee45dd403baf48d7da127318d2 Fair warning, I'm not a natural on camera yet, so the delivery is a bit careful. The build is what I want you to see. Happy to answer questions on how any part of it works. If you'd like to try it yourself, email me at [email protected] and I'll send you a private link.

Umer, nice build. Turning any local business website into a working AI receptionist in about 15 seconds is a strong hook. What happens when a caller asks something the website never mentioned?

Umer, that's the right call. Taking the name, number and question means a gap in the website costs you a follow-up, not a lost lead. Pulling in Google Business Profile and reviews should fill a lot of those gaps before the first call even happens.
