So @Lukas Schmidt our fearless leader and networking royalty is out for a few days spending time learning how to be a better community leader from some of the best in the business. So it’s been a bit quieter in here than usual. Him and I have had a secret competition to get the star ⭐️ for both of our communities, which means the Game (which sits in the relationships category) will become Top 1% Skool. Sam, Alex and Andrew are the biggest players on Skool. They have the power to influence the platform and the culture. The better we understand them, the better we understand Skool. That is why I synthesized their journey and broke it into different quests. Each quest is an achievement that gives them XP. Here is a quick overview: - Sam Ovens is the CEO of Skool. He is a 🔮 Wizard with a mission to help 1B find community. - Alex Hormozi is the cofounder of Skool and managing partner at Acquisition.com He is a 🏹 Ranger with a mission to share his playbooks so anyone can build lasting wealth. - Andrew Kirby is the head of community of Skool and the owner of Synthesizer. He is a 🛡️ Knight with a mission to 1M educational creators get paid to change the world. In the video below, we dive much deeper into everyone's story. Skool isn't a single-player game. It is a multiplayer designed so you can learn from players ahead and teach players behind. Before I joined Skool, I tried to copy players like Ali Abdaal, Gary Vee and Alex Hormozi. But they were too far ahead, and I got overwhelmed and burned out trying to catch up. Instead of focusing on players who are 100 steps ahead of me, I started to look for the ones who were only 10 or even 3 steps ahead of me. These are the perfect people to learn from because they just did it themselves. In the video below, I go into much more depth to identify the best players to learn from. We will also cover how to help the players behind to keep this learning cycle going indefinitely.
