Congratulations to Christine!
Yesterday I bumped into @Christine Daggett and she told me her dexa scan came back with improved bone density! That's a huge deal, because it's a whole extra layer of proof that she is NOT fragile! It means the world that she's showed up to take care of her self and chase these wins week over week. Thank you, and congratulations!

I love that for you @Christine Daggett !!
Big shoutout to Amy Bolia!
In just her first 3 weeks, Amy has lost over 8 lbs and 3 inches off her waist—while also getting stronger and feeling more energized. Amy is a testament to what can happen when you keep showing up and making the right choices, one decision at a time. And she’s only a quarter of the way through. I’m excited to see what she accomplishes over the next 9 weeks. Send some love Amy’s way! 👏
The Hill May Stay Steep
Some hills in life never flatten. The wind still blows. The weight is still heavy. The easier path still calls your name. But somewhere along the climb, something changes. Not the hill. You. Your legs grow stronger. Your footing becomes surer. Your breathing steadies. And the path that once demanded everything from you becomes familiar beneath your feet. Nutrition can feel the same way. Planning your meals may not become effortless. Saying no may never be as easy as saying yes. There will still be busy weeks, tempting foods, missed workouts, and days when discipline feels expensive. The goal isn’t to eliminate every hill. It’s to climb often enough that you become stronger than the hill you once struggled to climb. A good life isn’t always built by finding easier roads. Sometimes, it’s built by becoming the kind of person who can keep climbing.
