Another note I want to add - instead of bringing that shaker down what if you moved it ahead like 1/8th note? Where its at now rhythmically pushing the beats down onto the down beat as opposed to keeping it in the pocket with the clave rimshots on the 'up beat' and then i think if you emphasize that shaker with a rim/kick or something to make it feel locked in with the rest that could help. Worth a try..

You could try something similar with the 808s, brass and flutes so they are not so rhythmically straight. Try moving them around by an 8th note. Remember you can try stuff and save it as a different version and still have this version if the vibe is off... Gimme that bounce! Another thing... i like how the 808 comes in ahead of the section....

@Kaleb Blackard @Tim Jeffcoat you can never be too organized honestly. but its easier to set up system ahead of time and stick to them then try to organize the mess afterwards. Sync is especially good for this, whether you pursue it as seriously as we are, it opens your eyes and mind up to the level of organization that is really needed to be successful in music and life in general/as an entrepreneur.

@Nebu Rameses Overall, digging the sounds a lot. You have a clear sound that permeates through which is great. My main questions as you'll see again and again below is 'do any contain samples?' 'what is your vision for the beats or hook-only tracks?' 'what themes do they give you?' what themes/lanes do you feel like you can be successful in overall? Where do you hear your music being used (specifically) in tv, film, ads and video games? More soon... Ol Faithful - love the live drum/organ reminds me of Just Blaze . Love the flows of the MCs especially the 2nd one. Giving me a lil new school mystikal vibes - any samples? Those even if cleared are gonna be problematic and push against the one stop advantage that indie artists/producers have. 70’s gangster - good vibe. Something feels a little flamm-y with the crash. Kick could come up and hats come down for my taste. I Won’t Lose - Crash can come down. Love the 70s vibe and smooth chords. Great lyrical content for motivational angle. I could hear someone like nipsey hussle on this or jcole. Flesh out the arrangement, add verses and should be good. A New Beginning - love the loose drums on this and fills. Same question about samples. Come On & Walk With Me - need to balance the volumes between this track and I Won’t Lose. Think of the listener experience and remember who your ideal listener is - do you want them constantly grabbing to turn up/down your tunes.**** Bring level up (limiter) and flesh out.
