Beef & Book Choy with shitaki mushrooms
About a pound of steak pound thin and cubed 2 baby bok Choy leaves and stems separate 4 oz of sliced shitaki mushrooms In a bowl place cubed meat with ginger, garlic, sesame oil, gochujang, soy sauce,salt and pepper I eye balled it just do to taste. Let marinate Stir fry until almost done add mushrooms and leaves then mushrooms,

So my new project has commenced.... hopefully we will be taking our brand to markets, starting with only 3 Items, and do it well... hold thumbs for me.... Hint hint.... do you see the Flaky Naan......Chicken Tikka , Paneer Tikka & Lamb Sheek kebab ( lamb Mince )
