🚨 Quick reality check… (this might sting a little)
Most people say they want more visibility, more growth, more collaborations… But what they actually mean is 👇 they don’t know where their people are growth feels slow as hell 🐢 and they don’t want to rely on social anymore 🙅‍♀️ That’s not a content problem. It’s a room problem 🧠 You’re trying to grow in the wrong places (or no places at all)… instead of getting in front of people who already have your audience. So here’s something simple to do today 👇 Think of 3 places you could show up this month: a podcast you could pitch 🎙️ a summit or bundle you could join 🎤 or a community where you can actually contribute and be seen 🤝 That’s it. No overthinking. Drop your 3 below… or say “no clue” and I’ll help you find a starting point 👀 P.S. I know I’ve been a bit quiet in here lately, but I’ve been paying attention. What you need isn’t more noise… it’s better opportunities and the right rooms. I’m working on bringing more of that into this space 🔥

I know I dont know where my people are 😔 ANd while I do want to host my own bundle, Id love to find a few others to participate in first.
Wrapped my first ever Summit and got invited to the next one!
For a long time, I wanted to participate in summits but I just didn't know where to begin. I teach crafts and my audience are multi crafters so I didn't seem to really fit in. Then, one day, one person arrived to my community and I asked where she had heard of me. She told me that someone had mentioned me at a creative summit. So I dug it. I found the company and then applied to participate in one of their summits. That person later realized she didn't hear of me at the summit, but she saw one of my ad 🤭 But that had been enough for me to take the big leap, realize I was capable of being a presenter and actually be approved for the next upcoming summit. Now two days ago was day one of the summit and my presentation had a technical glitch that really threw me off to begin with... But it got fixed! Then I received an email, another big summit organizer had heard of me and they asked me if I wanted to participate in their summit. I think that was the biggest ego boost that I ever received in my business. So I said yes. And I applied to another summit later on this year. Because why not! All that to say, summit are so scary when you look at them from the outside. Once you're in, they're exhilarating and they make you feel like you should do many more!

@Philomène Cauchois good to hear 😆
✨ Something a little different today…
I know this isn’t directly about collabs BUT… it kind of is 😉 I wanted to introduce something I’ve been working on with my bestie… 🎙️ Unclenched (our podcast!) We’ve already recorded 11 episodes (which feels kinda wild tbh 😂) and it’s been one of the most real, fun, and unexpected things I’ve done in a while. It’s not business. I't’s not strategy. It’s real conversations about friendship, life, growth… and what it actually looks like to feel safe enough to unclench around someone. No performance. No fixing. No “having it all together.” Today’s episode is all about what real friendship actually feels like… and wow… we went there a bit 🫣💛 And honestly… creating something like this with a friend hits different. It’s a whole other level of trust, creativity, and just showing up as you are. If you’re curious, you can listen here: https://creators.spotify.com/pod/profile/unclenchedpodcast/ So now I’m curious… Have you ever created something with a friend? A project, a collab, a business, anything? Or would you want to? 👇 I’d LOVE to hear your thoughts (and experiences) below

✨ New blog: Visibility when no one knows you yet
If you’ve ever felt like… You’re posting… You’re showing up… You’re doing everything “right”… …but nothing is really moving? I wrote this for you. This is one of the most frustrating stages of business… When you know you’re good at what you do… But not enough people are seeing it yet. Inside the blog I break down: 👉 why your content isn’t the problem 👉 what actually moves the needle (lol not saying it 😏) 👉 simple ways to start getting in front of new people 👉 how to build visibility without burning out If visibility has been feeling harder than it should… Read this 👇https://juliecbutler.com/how-to-get-visibility-when-no-one-knows-you-yet/ Be honest… do you feel stuck in visibility right now or are things starting to click?

@Julie Butler I do know what you mean, I'm just hesitant to add another commitment to my week. Any tips on being regular and streamlining the process?

@Julie Butler oooh excited to see what you cook up!
Okay wait… this might be exactly what you need 👀
I’m thinking about running a live challenge inside the community… Something where we focus on: 👉 getting clear on your next visibility move 👉 choosing the right path for YOU (summit, bundle, collab… etc) 👉 and actually taking the first steps (without overwhelm) Because let’s be real… A lot of you aren’t stuck because you need more strategies You’re stuck because you don’t know what to focus on next And that’s what slows everything down So this would be simple. Like actually simple. Not building the whole thing… But finally getting clear on: ✨ what you’re doing ✨ why it makes sense ✨ and how to get started Clarity → direction → momentum I’ll be in there helping, giving feedback, and making sure you don’t get stuck in your head about it… because that’s usually the real problem 😅 If I run this… Would you want in? Comment “IN” below and I’ll build it 👇
