How do you stay informed of cloud updates?
What’s the best/most efficient way to stay informed of updates to Atlassian’s cloud products? What’s your strategy?

I usually do 4 things. 1) I read Atlassian's cloud roadmap. https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud 2) I look at discussion articles from Atlassian in the community. When they make big announcements, they usually drop an article. Here's an example: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Rovo-articles/Introducing-Rovo-Think-deeper-your-think-a-bit-more-button-for/ba-p/3183690 3) I read Atlassian's Blog: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements 4) Finally, I have my Jira/Connie on the Bundled release track. This means that once a month I get an email with all the latest changes/features.

New site or cleanup?
What's your preferred way of work? Especially for work or Atlassian Jira, when you inherit it all from prior colleagues. :) You like to set up everything anew and customize from there, or you rather organise, cleanup and optimise the inherited "mess"? :)

I would usually clean up as keeping that historical data is usually very important.
