We are going to start "enforcing" the deal tracker as people are submitting multiple deals to the same sellers. Some deals that are getting accepted by the seller don't even cashflow and they are killing deals that do work. I've heard this from a few different people and it's going to hurt the brand also and makes us look unprofessional. So, moving forward put your deals in the deal tracker and it will be first in regardless of LOI signed. Steven will be making the final word on this and we will most likely talk about this tomorrow/Thursday.

Hey guys....I was just thinking.....I would personally like to get to know everyone a little better as well as have more conversations about what rejections, or situations everyone is running into when presenting this method to agents and sellers. There is a lot of experience and expertise in this group from all walks of like, I believe so we all can probably give a little different twist or take in overcoming rejections etc.. Steven is doing an AMAZING job with the 3 nightly classes and do not want to ask him to do more......we don't need to bog him down with to much more since he is running the show on the Dispo side as well as helping us every step of the way.......THANK YOU, STEVEN!! I just thought we could add more zooms to talk and discuss and role play etc. I can start zooms if anyone wants to do this outside of our scheduled times with Steven. Just let me know! Thanks guys!
