Free n8n Crash Course
I just created a 1-hour crash course where I introduced all the different concepts and nodes that you need to get started with n8n. This would be a great preparation for our future cohorts, so you enter them ready to actually learn and deliver Real-World n8n projects. Make sure to check it out; I would love the support, so leave a like & comment on YouTube if you found this video useful.

Horror Story: Chatbot Leaked Internal Passwords By Accident
As usual, the biggest mistakes happen on a Friday. I just spent my entire afternoon firefighting after a client decided to soft-launch their new chatbot today. Almost immediately, we noticed the bot was trained on a dataset that contained highly sensitive data, including internal passwords. How does this happen? It’s surprisingly simple. When you're dealing with big amounts of data, dangerous details slip through the cracks without clear guardrails. In this case, the client had stored sensitive internal records in the same table as public-facing FAQs. The AI, doing exactly what it was told, consumed it all. The Lesson: Even if the client hands you the data on a silver platter, do not trust it blindly. 1. Analyze first: Spend time auditing the source files before feeding the vector store. 2. Ask the hard questions: Explicitly ask, "Is there any PII or internal credential data in this dump?" 3. Involve the domain experts: Get sign-off from the people who actually use that data daily, they know what's hidden in there. Has anyone else survived a Friday deployment scare like this?
I sold this simple workflow for 1500 euros
AND it took me around 4-5 hours of work only. I have built this alerting system for a client that tries to find customer tickets that are high priority, which means that is causing a customer to lose money or indicating that our servers are down, and then send them to a Telegram channel for customer support. It only took me four or five hours of work because I've been working with this client, I know his data, and I know how the databases are set up. I've already analysed the data before in previous projects, so this one-time investment now helped me to build this thing much quicker while maintaining high margins by offering an outcome-based fixed price. If you have something really cool you'd like to demo to the community, or something that you have sold to a client that gave tremendous value, feel free to share it here. It can be a demo or even just the idea. I'll keep this thread open for any demos that you'd like to share. It's also open to the internet, so it will drive traffic to you. Potentially, somebody looking for a similar solution might contact you, and you can get more clients that way. Wishing you a productive Friday

From idea to a live AI system in just 4 weeks. 🚀
I want to take a moment to celebrate one of our students @Cosmina Balu who just blew us away with her progress. In just four weeks, she managed to build a fully automated system using Airtable and n8n. The salespeople use a UI to enter a certain campaign and then the n8n automation finds past customers from a database and uses AI to write personal upselling and reactivation emails. The emails are genuinely indistinguishable from something a human would write, warm, realistic, and effective. It’s amazing to see how quickly you can go from "learning a tool" to "building a business asset" when you have the right focus. Huge congrats on the execution!

📣 What Webinars Would You Love to See?
Hey everyone! 👋 We’re planning to host a webinar before Christmas and a few more in the new year, and we’d love your input on what topics you’d be most excited about. One idea we’ve been considering is a session on the AI automations I’ve sold over the past three months, a behind-the-scenes look at what businesses are actually buying, what works, and how these setups are built. We could also go deeper into AI agents, how to design them, and examples of real-world workflows. Please drop your suggestions in the comments, anything from technical deep dives to business strategy to hands-on demos. It should fit within 30-40 mins of time. Your feedback will shape the lineup, so don’t be shy! 🎤✨
