๐Ÿ† Weekly Comp #2: The Artifact Sprint ๐Ÿ†
๐Ÿ’ฐ Week 1 winner @Ian Barriopedro took home $200 cash. ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ This week the prize gets bigger. โœจ Winner gets a FREE seat in The Lyceum. โœจ https://www.skool.com/quantum-quill-lyceum-1116/12-weeks-real-projects-250k-in-prizes-lets-talk?p=e850567b ๐ŸŽฏ Pick your cohort: Technical, Business, or Creator. Your call. ๐Ÿ“‹ THE CHALLENGE: "The Returning Client" You just got hired again. Different client this time. Meet Marcus. ๐Ÿ‘‹ ๐Ÿ“Ž Download the full client brief attached to this post. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ YOUR DELIVERABLE An interactive artifact built in Claude that does what Marcus asked for. โœ๏ธ Plus a 100 word writeup covering: - ๐Ÿ‘ค Who it's for - โš™๏ธ What it does - ๐ŸŽจ One design choice you made and why ๐Ÿ“ THE RULES โœ… It has to work โœ… It has to sound like Marcus, not a bank โœ… The writeup matters โš–๏ธ Judging: Myself, Jake, and the mods. ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Who can enter: Premium and VIP members only. Free members, this is your sign. Upgrade and you're in the running for a Lyceum seat. ๐Ÿš€ ๐Ÿ“จ How to submit: Drop a screen recording or screenshot of your artifact, the link if you've got one, and your writeup in the comments below. ๐Ÿ“… Deadline: Saturday, May 2nd at 12:00 PM EST ๐ŸŽ‰ Winner announced: Monday, May 4th at 12:00 PM EST ๐Ÿ’ก A note before you start. This isn't a finance challenge. It's a design and voice challenge. You don't need to be a CFP to win this. Read the brief. Marcus tells you exactly what he wants and how he thinks. Your job is to build something that solves his problem and sounds like him. ๐Ÿ†• If you've never built an artifact in Claude before, this is a great first one. The brief is clear, the scope is reasonable, and the bar is "would Marcus actually send this to a prospect?" ๐Ÿ”ฅ @Ian Barriopedro set the standard last week. Your turn. LFG ๐Ÿš€

I took a slightly different approach here...just thinking outside of the box a little...i look forward to your thoughts... Submission: https://claude.ai/public/artifacts/ffbc0276-f204-4224-a57a-872433fb9deb Who it's for: A prospect on Marcus's calendar, usually 35 to 55 with kids and a mortgage, who wants to know before the call whether they're okay. What it does: Six numbers in. A verdict in Marcus's voice plus a chart showing three retirement lifestyles. Three sliders that rewrite the answer in real time. The design choice: Retirement isn't a number, it's the life you're trying to fund when you stop working. So the chart shows three lives instead of one target. Now the real conversation happens: what kind of retirement do you want, not whether you got the right number.
What ICM looks like at scale: 372 pages in 3 days
Update from the floor at eMerge Americas 2026 in Miami. Before I drove down, I built every exhibitor at this conference their own custom landing page. One person, 3 days, 372 unique sites, each one tuned to a specific company's stack, brand, and AI posture. Forget the logo-swap template thing. Each page is real research. Every site has: - A Big-4-grade read on the company (filings, leadership moves, where AI actually shows up in their stack) - Their brand kit pulled live from their own site (logo, color palette, typography, voice) - A specific thesis on where Eduba fits inside what they already have - Matching case studies from our book of work, routed by vertical - Our 60/30/10 rule applied to their stack, showing exactly where traditional code, rule-based logic, and AI each belong in their environment - My Calendly at the bottom When I walk up to a booth, I already know the company. They already have a page. The conversation starts three beats ahead of where it normally starts. โ€”โ€”โ€” The part nobody is talking about yet. 372 pages is the headline. The bigger unlock was what came after. Once every exhibitor had a page, I fed the whole list back through the folder system and had it score each company across a tiered rubric I wrote: deal size fit, stack readiness, decision-maker presence on the floor, vertical match to active Eduba case studies, and signal strength from their recent moves. Out came three tiers: - Tier 1 (hit first, hit hard): companies where the thesis is strongest and the buyer is likely walking the booth - Tier 2 (warm pass): worth a 5-minute stop, drop the page link, follow up - Tier 3 (skip or graze): acknowledge, move on Then I asked it to build me a walking game plan. Booth numbers, floor map, tier order, clustered by physical location so I wasn't walking the same aisle twice. Morning route, afternoon route, with buffer built in for the Tier 1 conversations that were going to run long.

@John Susko Interpretable Context Methodology
I TOLD YOU SO!
For those of you who've been following me on social media for a while, you've heard me say this over and over: building your own agent frameworks is a waste of time. Stop doing it. Stop paying people to do it. Stop learning how to do it. (Unless you like local projects, that's fun) Anthropic just published this today: https://www.anthropic.com/engineering/managed-agents Here's what it is in plain terms. Managed Agents is a hosted service where Anthropic runs the entire agent infrastructure for you. The loop that calls Claude, the sandbox where code runs, the context management, crash recovery, security, scaling. All of it. You define what the agent should do (system prompt, tools, connections to your systems) and they handle the rest. The key line from their own engineering team: "Harnesses encode assumptions about what Claude can't do on its own. Those assumptions need to be frequently questioned because they go stale as models improve." They gave a specific example. They built a workaround into their harness because Sonnet 4.5 would quit tasks early when it sensed its context limit approaching. When they ran the same harness on Opus 4.5, the problem was gone. The fix became dead weight. One model release made their own engineering work obsolete. Now think about what that means for every startup and every freelancer building custom agent harnesses and selling them to clients. Every assumption they baked into their code is a bet against the next model release. And the frontier labs are shipping new models faster than anyone can maintain a harness. This is the thesis. Your value lives above whatever just got commoditized. The infrastructure layer of agents just got commoditized. The thinking about what to build, why to build it, and how to structure the work around it did not. That's what we teach here. That's why we focus on the 60/30/10 framework, on understanding which layer a problem belongs on, on prompt architecture and workflow design.

โ˜„๏ธNew module live! 30 min Deep Dive Video !
New module live in Implementation Playbooks: Building Websites Three lessons covering how to build and deploy a real website using Claude Code and GitHub Pages. Free hosting, no Wix, no monthly fees. I also break down how Claude Code already writes project memory for you (you do not need to build a complex memory system, it is already happening) and how I structure my prompts to keep token usage as low as possible throughout a real build. Start with 3.1. The video walks through the entire process from analyzing a reference site to having a live URL you can send to anyone. Under 10 prompts total. 3.2 and 3.3 go deeper on the pieces that went by fast in the video(And I will be recording new videos for soon). If you have ever pushed an API key to a public repo or burned through tokens rebuilding something you should have planned first, those two are for you.
