@Brianna Nelson While I like to think my gut is always right (ha) it's not. Talking to clients, polling online, testing the messaging and seeing what elicits clicks or opens/buys, and circling back to the client conversations is how you define and revise your value proposition and your messaging. There is a true process behind the work and it's not easy. I "teach" this to my clients, yet I find it incredibly difficult for my own business!
