AI Prompts course is amazing
@Krista Brea I just wanted to thank you again. You're so helpful, and your AI prompt course is amazing. Just started with the book topics, and that's got my brain buzzing with all kinds of great ideas. Look forward to digging into it more my only problem is I try to do five things at once. I need to learn to find more focus. I may be king of the rabbit hole. Thanks again.

@Nicole Lesley here's an image I created in Canva with the Cartoonify app. It's an image of my niece it could be better with a better prompt. I just said, "Big beautiful eyes and a smile to die for."

@Richard Dylan thanks for the kind words. This is a great group. I'm really enjoying it here.
How to Instantly Look Like a Legit Author on Amazon
If you’re publishing on Amazon and don’t have an author profile yet, you’re leaving trust, visibility, and sales on the table. Your Amazon Author Profile is where readers go when they want to know: - Who wrote this book? - Can I trust this author? - Do they have more books I should buy? That page answers those questions for you—automatically. If you have a KDP account established, you need to set up an Amazon Author Central profile. Yes, you can have multiple author profiles for each pen name. ✅ Why an Author Profile Matters 1. Builds credibility - A real photo + bio makes you look like a legitimate author, not a random listing. 2. Connects all your books - Every book you publish shows up in one place, making it easier for readers to binge your work. 3. Improves conversions - When readers trust you, they’re more likely to click Buy. 4. Strengthens your brand - This is your chance to position yourself as an expert, guide, or voice in your niche. I'm attaching some examples of author profile pages to inspire you! 👇 Drop a comment below once your author profile is live—or if you’re stuck and want feedback.

@Jeff Baer Yeah, I agree I could definitely see how a separate author page would be very useful, especially if it leads people to my Skool group.

@Krista Brea Thanks, I appreciate that. I kinda have some things in the works for my Skool group, I'm going to be working on creating more Work book type tutorials so I definitely want to work those things also into a book as well, or maybe a series of books. Gotta time, find time to focus on creating the content I got some of it started.
Collab > Competition — Drop Your Community
I want to share a story around a decision I made yesterday. I removed @Al Anderson from the group due to spam. This community has a zero-spam policy, and I take that seriously. My goal is to protect this space so members aren’t flooded with unsolicited DMs or pitches from people who aren’t here to contribute. That said, this has never been an anti-collaboration community. After a conversation, AI Anderson shared that his intention was to learn about books and participate without spamming. I’m open to second chances when intentions are clear and boundaries are respected. So here’s the line I’m drawing clearly: 👉 No spam. No cold pitching. No unsolicited DMs. 👉 Collaboration and community are welcome—when done openly and respectfully. To support that, I’m opening this one thread for visibility and connection. 👇 In the comments, feel free to share: - Who you are - How you help people - A link to your community (if you have one) This keeps everything transparent, optional, and respectful for everyone here. Thanks for helping keep this community valuable.

@Matt Radkiewicz Very cool. I'll go check out your community now. I don't know anything about how to do these ads.

How I Created Graphics with Canva and NotebookLM For My Book
Just thought I'd share some neat things that I learned about creating graphics. NotebookLM is really great at creating graphics that are relevant to the sources that you give it. And you can edit as needed in Canva. You can also use these graphics to create video in Canva. Here's a Loom video I created about this. https://www.loom.com/share/7c7d1886285243d995c31b6e46a30e2f Here's a link to the YouTube video I created from it. https://youtu.be/svunvEyHowI?si=9ph1_SkAINqoJx46 If you're curious, you can see how I use some of the graphics here in my website that I designed and created. https://merchantmarinejobsguide.com/ I hope this is helpful.

@Maldona Awe so, what is it that you do? You never answered my question.

@Maldona Awe that's pretty presumptuous, just to assume what I know or what I don't know. Let's just end this conversation. I don't want to spam the channel any more than it's been spammed today.@Krista Brea
