I don't know if any of you have heard about the website nextdoor.com. It's a community type thing. Anyways, I happened to notice a post that somebody was looking for advice for their son looking for different choices for careers, being they didn't want to go to college and whatnot. One of the biggest mistakes I see authors make is waiting until after their book is published to build a community. Instead, create your Skool community before you hit publish. Why? I've been wrestling around with the project of mine all day. I wanted to create a process in code to replace A book cover Of an image of a hand holding a book over a page of a book. I finally realized you could just do this in Google Gemini's Nano Banana app. There are lots of ways to access NanoBanana, but if you go to Google Gemini, that's probably the easiest way, and just select create an image. Next you Add the image of the hand holding the book over the book page, and then you also upload an image of your book. Here's the prompt that you would use: I would like you to create an image like the one of the The hand holding the book over a pages of a book. replace my book image that I provided in the hand I will upload an image of the hand holding the book over the page that you can use. And I will also show you an example of mine that I created. (US Merchant Marine Roadmap) Experiment to try: I haven't actually tried this but you may be able to do this also, is take a picture of a page of your book and then also upload that when you're creating the image in nano banana. And ask it to use those words for the book page. Worth a try. Let me know how you guys make out. Hope this is helpful and fun.
