What Has Been On Your Plate?

Olives, sauerkraut, broth, sunflower seeds, smoked oysters. I also have to have a tsp of mustard every day, which is so weird that is what I am craving.
Day 1 Gut reset accountability share
Hi! I started my 5 day gut health reset early and wanted to share what I ate in case anyone is looking for ideas or inspo! First thing in the AM I start my day with a shot of a whole fresh squeezed lemon juice, mixed with a tsp of olive oil and dash of cayenne pepper. For lunch I had 1/2 of a can of tuna fish with diced celery and onion over lettuce with cherry tomatoes. Plus 1/2 a kombucha to drink For dinner, I had 1/2 of a grilled chicken breast with veggies, 1/2 an avocado and 6 pickled garlic cloves! 💪🏼

@Kia Jade Duenas it does. I grew up canning and preserving foods but never eggs. Do you find any spices that go better with eggs than others?

Detox question.
@Michel Le Gribble Could you give an example of doing a FMD and apple/coffee? I am not seeing how that works with the calorie count. I started my reset today as I had a pretty bad migraine this weekend and felt depleted yesterday. So, I have had a cup of coffee with MCT oil and an apple and 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds which is 250 calories. Now I am thinking I have screwed up. Also, I looked up Edgar Cayce and tried to find a liver detox protocol. Something I found on it was to NOT do lemon juice and olive oil in the am if you have gallstones. I did an enema last week and had a few stones and wondered why I couldn't do it and what is a better option and or idea?

Movement w/ Moon Cycle Plan!
One of my aims for my current "4-month map" is automating a daily movement rhythm that is in sync with my moon cycle. I wanted to create an image to hang up where I would see it every day for easy reference and motivation. This is what I came up with! Printing and hanging presently!! @Michel Le Gribble I enjoy seeing all the info in one graphic for one. I appreciate how it is broken down into small steps for specific days, it does not seem overwhelming to me.
