Gentle movement or walk is resetting to me. I’m too sedentary.
What's your December Focus?
If you were going to have the best month of your business in December, what would you be focusing on? And then when do you take a break? Curious how this works for all of you?

This December is different for me -- I have all kinds of projects I want to finish for my birthday month. A push for a stagnant year and to make myself proud. I thought rest is always built in for me, but I've been restless and should plan it intentionally :) Good reminder. I think it will be the weekend after Christmas.
When life feels too much
I’ve been sitting with a lot today. A supported forward bend helped… but the truth is, the world feels heavy right now. There’s so much noise online. So much prejudice. So many harsh opinions. Add the economy, politics, and the constant stream of bad news, and it’s been weighing on me more than usual. I’ve felt overwhelmed. I’ve felt low. And it’s been hard to shake. But I also know this: When my system is tired, everything feels darker than it really is. It doesn’t mean the world is ending. It means I’m overloaded. So here’s what I did today, and maybe it helps you too if things have been feeling too much: 1. I stopped scrolling. I don’t need more noise. My heart can’t hold it right now. 2. I put my hand on my chest and breathed. Slow, small breaths. Nothing fancy, just enough to remind my body that I’m safe. 3. I chose one simple grounding step. Something tiny I could actually do. No pressure. No fixing. Just shifting my state a little. It’s not about pretending everything is fine. It’s about giving myself a way back to centre when the world feels like a lot. If you’re feeling the weight of things too, here are a few things that might help: - take a break from news and social - put your hand on your chest and breathe - look around and name three things you see - step outside for a minute - make something warm to drink - pick one tiny task that feels doable None of these solve the world. But they help your system settle enough to see it more clearly again. 🌿I’d love to hear from you: What helps you come back to yourself when everything feels overwhelming? Share if you want to, your way might be exactly what someone else needs.

I am so happy for you, for doing what's sustainable! Often there is an inertia of staying busy/worried/scattered, and it takes some detachment to shut off that mechanism. How to break away from the inertia is the question for me, because I have all kinds of justifications not to :) A forced errand helps me: doing garbage brings me outside, walking to the car can be a mindful 60 seconds, change of scenery makes me take deeper breaths, a small interaction with a stranger sheds light on humanity and community.

And to your point about the world, it feels like we're having to rinse and repeat so much more than we're used to. It does make me feel a lot less productive and functional.
Too Many Tools? Spot Your BF Bundle Overwhelm Style.
When you face a massive bundle of tools, ideas, or opportunities (like this BF bundle). which response hits you first? A lot of people are feeling both excited and overwhelmed by everything inside this Black Friday bundle because it offers so much incredible value. And, interestingly, the way we respond to too many tools, ideas, or information often reveals something about our internal patterns. Curious where most people land 👇 (There’s no right or wrong answer.)

@Kim Wright I need to hear this! Not easy to do. My Ryze coffee newsletter addressed the same topic today... that clear personal rules reduce endless decision points, and once we can see personal rules as freeing and not limiting, we would stay on track more! Thanks for this synchronicity :)

@Kim Wright I love that 💛✨
Brain feel like a popcorn machine?
One thing I’ve noticed talking to so many of you lately... Most of us aren’t short on ideas — we’re short on time, clarity, and a simple way to take those ideas and turn them into something REAL. If you’re anything like me, your brain is basically a popcorn machine. Random business ideas, content angles, product thoughts, “oh that would be cool someday” moments… all firing at the most inconvenient times. Here’s the problem: Most of those sparks never become anything — not because they’re bad ideas, but because we don’t have the time (or mental capacity 😅) to sit down and organize them into something usable. And with everything going on this week — the TRAININGS, the RESOURCES, the NETWORKING — it’s very easy to end up super inspired… and also maybe a bit overwhelmed. SO. if you’re sitting there with a notebook full of half-finished ideas and “maybe later” notes, I made something to help you actually use your sparks instead of losing them in the shuffle. My free bundle offer, Turn Your Brain Sparks Into Business Assets, walks you through how to capture, sort, and turn your ideas into real offers, content, and money-making assets — even if you’ve only got 10 minutes at a time. If that sounds like the tool you need right now, you can grab it in the Classroom! And I'd love to hear what has been your favorite part about this bundle so far!

I have been losing sleep so much due to tasks, plans and ideas chattering nonstop! Actions can't catch up! I think we also need to learn to let things go!
