From first client handoffs and SaaS traction to Claude-powered systems and internal tools - this week inside AIS+ showed what happens when builders focus on solving real problems and shipping fast. 🚀 Standout Wins of the Week inside AIS+ 👉 @Patrick Florencio built and deployed his first Claude Code ATS app, now used across a portfolio of 15 companies. 👉 @Dion Wang completed his first full client handoff after months of consistent building and refinement. 👉 @Bill Scully eliminated days of manual work by building an SEO migration evaluation agent. 👉 @Tobias Bielke got his first paying SaaS user, turning an idea into a real product with traction. 👉 @Debbie DeMarco Bennett built a forum scheduling automation handling 37 topics in under 2 minutes — plus launched her AI executive assistant. 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Diane McCracken Diane joined AIS+ during a difficult phase in life - with one clear goal:figure things out and rebuild. Since joining, she has: • Transitioned her business into a scalable, AI-driven model • Built multiple AI agents (now on her 4th iteration) • Integrated Claude deeply into her workflows and operations • Set a clear goal: rebuild to $10K/month and scale to $100K/month Her biggest shift? From doubt and uncertainty → to full commitment and action. Diane’s journey is proof that it doesn’t matter where you start - what matters is how quickly you decide to go all in. 🎥 Watch Diane’s story 👇 ✨ Want to see wins like this every week? @Sam Alder Hey Sam! Great question. I definitely was stressed about it! Literally thinking of all worse case scenarios and things that could go wrong. Even after the handoff, I’m still thinking what if something goes wrong - but what helped was talking to the client and managing expectations saying there will be small bugs and we’ll keep making the product better :)

I’m thinking of starting this venture as well so it’s cool to see someone tackle it too
Delivered My First Client Project – 24/7 Voice AI Receptionist
As mentioned in the title, I just delivered a project which is a 24/7 Voice AI Inbound Receptionist for trade businesses. Took me about two months working closely with my client and I implemented it using Vapi, n8n, as well as Simpro, which is a field service management software specifically for the trades. The entire system does the following: - Answers inbound calls automatically - Handles job bookings, rescheduling, cancellations - Forward calls to person in charge in case of emergencies - Answers general enquiries - Creates or updates records directly inside Simpro The goal was simple: Reduce missed calls and automate admin while technicians are on-site working. In total, my client paid me just over $2,000 for this implementation and service, it's definitely a huge win for me. Happy to connect with anyone exploring Voice AI automation for service businesses. ps. You can check out this website for the demo recordings: https://simpro-voice-agent.com/ pss. I would love to share a screenshot of the n8n workflows but I think my client's VPS server is down as of writing 🫠

This week inside AIS+ was all about momentum kicking in. First real client conversations, confidence breakthroughs, retainers locked, and builders finally seeing doors open after consistent effort. Here are a few standout wins inside AIS+👇 👉 @Dion Wang sparked serious interest from a real estate client after sending a Loom - now prepping for a director-level presentation. 👉 @Sarah Swendseid landed her first two clients through warm outreach and is kicking off February with active builds. 👉 Sven Loeffler stacked back-to-back wins with two client calls - one for a lead-gen agent and another for executive coaching automation. 👉 @Wayne Dowden turned years of knowledge into income, landing a retainer deal by finally building what he used to only design. 👉 @Chris Shon booked 5 discovery calls, secured his first testimonial, and is now closing in on a paid engagement. 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Dion Wang This week’s standout story comes from a member who went from watching to committing. After joining AIS+, getting comfortable with n8n, and leaning into the community, he finally took the leap - booking his first real business call and realizing: “I can actually do this.” 🎥 Watch his short story here 👇 His journey is a reminder that progress isn’t just about tools - it’s about confidence, support, and choosing to go all-in instead of staying on the sidelines. ✨ Want to see wins like this every single week?
