@Adam McCollough Haa, I actually thought as I got up how it wasn't long ago I was going to bed at that time -- particularly during my 7 week (failed) Adderall experiment. But even after that, I would go into Workbar (shared office) late afternoon and stay til 4am! (Love to work in an empty/distraction-free office).

@Adam McCollough Well it was a 7 week experiment because I ran out a week early (from my next rx)! Luckily I was going on vaca which helped break the cycle (wait till you hear what I would have been taking that week as an alternative). Per Dr. Cappy, it turns out those of use with addiction wiring will abuse it in the same way as drugs or alcohol (in my case). It gives a similar dopamine hit which our brains soon recognize and shut down out dope receptors in the same way as via chronic drinking (or drug taking). So we need more and more to get the same effect, thus abuse it even more than normies. And even if that receptor shutdown didn't happen, we'd abuse them anyway - - out fear the effect was going to wear off any second:

I guess that one person is skipping Skool.
A peek inside my cutlery drawer!
Yes, seriously! And not a business lesson in sight. I'm genuinely interested to know If there are any other normal non-restaurant based families out there that have a similar cutlery drawer situation. I'd love to know what the "cutlery draw normal" is, because for some reason this has been our normal for the last 30 years. 😂 Let's lighten up each other's days and post pictures of top kitchen drawers right now. 🍴🥄 I bet some of you have some really fancy big organised drawers that I'd love to use for inspiration when we eventually get round to doing up our kitchen.

@Adam McCollough You running a cafeteria?! Although for 5 people depends how often you run he dishwasher -- - check what's still clean and move 75% of what's there to storage (or the circular file...). And not sure even your posh forks look posh. Nothing like a great fork.
AI levels the playing field for people with ADHD
I started building my Skool community for navigating ADHD in October 2025. I joined the communities that were suppose to help me go from zero to profit, etc etc etc. It was too much information and too much to do. Every community I joined on how to run a successful Skool had different advice. Plus, I started my community with no cash up front, so it's not like I could afford the Premium and VIP plans for every guru saying this is what I should be doing. 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀....all their methods feel manipulative to me and that's not my vibe at all. My goal is to make the lives of people with ADHD better. I started using AI (Claude mostly) to develop a business blueprint. Claude explained to me step by step what I needed to do. Tech stacks, website, lead magnets, CTA. Claude's been my personal business coach for a few months. Claude answers all the questions and brainstorms with me. Walked me through tech trouble shooting. Claude's there, waiting, when 𝗜 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲. Having ADHD - I need a 24/7 thought partner. Someone who is there when 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮 and I need to brainstorm it. My progress over the last few months is accelerated because I am not spending hours researching it on my own - it's at my fingertips. I've attached 2 artifacts that I've made with Claude. One is the generic version of my Community Builder Guide (my business blue print) and the other is a lead magnet archetype quiz. The community builder guide is for ADHD brains in mind. It's not perfect and I am always refining it. I catch mistakes as I am using it. If I hit any friction using it, I will have Claude change that friction point, because if it's hard for me to use then it will be hard for another person with ADHD to use. Please use these and send me feedback so I can make them better! Download the files. Upload the community builder to Claude. The ADHD Archetype Quiz will open in your web browser.

@Elizabeth Hadzic That guide is incredible, thank you!! I read it in bed last night and it really inspired me to launch my (long-awaited) community asap! I'm surprised/grateful you didn't reserve for premium - - or use as your lead magnet/freebie, although I guess you could as well? I have a friend who decided her freebie ended up so good she was charging $27 for it - - which really surprised me - - that was a few months ago, need to ask how it worked out (she's starting up AF coaching, no community).

@Elizabeth Hadzic Ha, I hear that. I started the quiz but got overwhelmed w/the time commit since I struggled answering quickly. Didn't really have time anyway, will revisit (at some point...)
