Used the 'Trust Stool' storyboard on 3Cs of building trust in stakeholder relationships for a leadership development journey session. Participants were asked to respond to a real-time workplace scenario with reasons why trust may have broken, and then the responses were connected with the 3C's. Individual action areas were identified through dot marking.
