During yesterday's Sip & Spark, we explored something really beautiful and thought-provoking… and I’d love to bring that same energy into the community. We asked: 💫 If sexuality had a color what colour would you give it? Not just in a sensual way, but in the deeper meaning-making way… The colour of connection, romance, intimacy, desire, self-trust, love, expression, and that quiet spark inside that makes us feel alive. Is it a soft blush pink? A bold crimson? A shimmering gold? A deep indigo that feels like mystery and truth? Or something entirely your own? There’s no right answer, only your truth in this moment. For me it's an evolving field of color, from warm deep reds to sparkles and brilliant white light at the climax, followed by something soft and cozy in the afterglow, thinking maybe pastels and flowing shimmers.

Day 15: Something that represents self-care for you.
I haven't been doing enough self care.....so what is SELF CARE? Self-care isn’t always soft blankets, spa days, or bubble baths. Sometimes, self-care looks like: - Saying no even when you feel guilty - Logging off because your nervous system is done - Sitting in silence instead of forcing productivity - Letting yourself cry without “explaining why” - Choosing rest over proving your worth For me, self-care looks like taking back my body and breath. For me it was... ✨ A walk outside ✨ Painting without rules ✨ Slow tea in the morning ✨ Music that lifts my chest instead of my shoulders ✨ One deep, honest conversation ✨ A long exhale It’s the moment I drop back into myself not the version the world demands, but the one underneath. 💬 Your turn: What is one thing that represents self-care for you?
