What does community mean to you?
The idea of starting this community was born 1 year ago. Its so amazing to reflect and think back on all the beautiful moments and connections that happened along the way. For me personally, it has been transformative too. Being part of this community asked me to get involved, instead of my tendency of being a passive spectator. It also gave me the courage to express myself more. In a safe space, with likeminded people, where there is no judgement. Where we are all interested in the same thing. Other than that I cherish all the personal connections I had with you on chats and calls. Maybe you just joined, or perhaps have been with us from the start. Either way I'm curious to hear what this community means/meant to you! 💗

For me, this community felt like a warm and safe space, a place to be inspired and to inspire others, surrounded by like-minded souls who share a similar vision of life. ❤️ I deeply enjoyed being part of it and felt truly connected.
Other practices?
I'm new to Reiki and learning new things every day. Just curious if anyone uses other practices in conjunction with Reiki? Please take a moment to answer the poll TYSM! Any any tips or suggestions for a newbie!🙏🏼😊

That my deceased mother was with us during the treatment. I treated my daughter and she felt the same. 🙏🏼
Resting 💎
What does it look like? When do we need it? And most interestingly, why do we resist it? Many of us fall into the trap of toxic productivity, chasing the feeling of being useful, even when it doesn’t really serve us. With so much noise, so much stimulation, and so many 'shoulds', it can feel uncomfortable to do nothing. Yet rest is not 'nothing'. It’s giving ourselves the luxury of time. Giving the mind, body and spirit time and space to digest and process. Simply by being instead of doing. On the slightly nerdy side, I love puzzle books, I just bought myself a few new ones. They draw me into a present, calm state where time seems to loosen. I also find guidance in the seasons, which I'm excited about being back in Europe! Autumn — soon knocking on the door — invites us to slow down, soften, and turn inward. So I’m curious: What does rest look like for you? Do you notice yourself resisting it in favor of productivity?

For me, rest is truly a reset for my whole system, body and mind. I don’t see it as doing nothing, but as an essential part of balance. Just as my body needs food, it also needs time to digest everything I experience; physically and mentally. In the rest & digest mode, things can finally settle and be processed. I notice that in those moments, space opens up for recovery and creativity. I like puzzle books too, very relaxing! Beautiful that you bring this up, because we often forget that rest is just as essential as movement. 😴

What recently surprised me is realising that tension or pain often doesn’t start in the body itself, but is actually a form of stored emotion or an unexpressed truth. 🙌🏼
