Sunday.. we made it
What win's did we achieve this week , share you experience. For me.. positive achievements at both restaurants, created new items and implemented new items. on the personal side - stayed focused, was a bit down on Tuesday, but God blessed me by surrounding me with good people and friends. Solid night. Had one line cook 💩 the bed but we held through it. Slammed, but in a grinding way, not a beating. Can’t complain

Latest food pic. Texas Wagyu oxtail cavatelli with cornbread crumbs, homemade queso fresco, sorrel. Homemade focaccia toasted with olive oil and rubbed with garlic.
