Help each other out?
Yo everyone, I joined a while ago but haven't had the chance to checkout the free content because I noticed there's some sort of barrier of entry where you have to gather some points before getting access to the modules. If anyone else is in the same situation comment on this post and let's like each others comments to gather points quicker. Hope this is doesn't get reported as spam or deleted by the admins I have no bad intentions just tryina get access to the content and help someone else do the same 😅

This sounds like the follow trains on TikTok where you basically follow for a follow, like for like. Does it have good intentions? Yeah Does it help people? Probably Does it provide value to the community? Depends how you look at it: More engagement - cool No knowledge/value in the post - pretty sure this is it

Changes to the Community, READ ALL
Hello Underdogs, We're about to hit the 1,200 mark and are still on the first page at number #29 out of 5,000+ Sales and Marketing communities. Banger of a post. Sad to see the community call not get more attendees, but from my side we're being bombarded with meetings at EOD. Think it could be a bit more structured into rather discussing the struggles to having an open discussion about 1 certain topic. Say create a roadmap and have a quality discussion on that one topic.

@Johannes Berger I wonder why though. Quite a lot of sales people have a habit to click everywhere on the website they're prospecting / community they are in. Well, at least I am the curious one for sure xD
Do you use permission-based openers?
Actually curious to see how common this is because I didn't always use PBOs. But since using them has helped a lot I want to see how common this is with others.

PBO is the way, but also, I have made a new change to it which increased my conversation rate (no, that's not what I've been cooking up as mentioned in LinkedIn). Basically you know how you say "would you give me / do you have 30 sec blah blah blah?" Well, I've changed that to a pattern interrupt number. Every sales guy asks for 30 sec, so that makes the prospect think "oh another sales call, I'm out". So pattern interrupt should include a weird number. I've opted for 28, but 32 or 22 is also good. Makes the prospects wonder why that specific number.

@Nymrod Confino so I opted to 28, which does sound odd (not the number) but apparently it takes me 23-28 based on the prospect to do a short pitch. And most of the time people respect these 28 seconds (32 didn't work, probably because it's more than 30 seconds xD)
What do you guys offer in a cold call?
Do you guys just go for a meeting straight away?

@Graham Prior Thanks for the link, I'll share it with my team as well. Looks like a decent study. I'll go over it thoroughly as well. I loved the one @Nymrod Confino shared from Cognism, and this is also worth reading.

@Graham Prior I love that, something that makes a prospect feel that they wanted to talk more about it, but since you're offering private face to face call, then why not. Hope you're crushing it!
