Hi folks, sorry I'm not much of a poster on here. But I'm enjoying working with the Breath Mastery Class, thanks for the win. Concentrating on creating a lasting habit rather than breaking records at the moment, doing daily short sessions. I think my heart is listening to me, it definitely slows down and softens โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Š

Mostly New Breath Hold Lounge
Hello everyone. This is the mostly new Breath Hold lounge. Some of you are probably wondering why a new one. The other one had a lot of posts, but not a lot of people used it anymore. So I am hoping to make this one more fun. This is also the place for questions if you have one. A few rules though. Make sure to post your breath hold times in the breath hold thread. If they aren't posted in the correct place then you don't have a chance on winning a weekly giveaway prize. They will also be removed from this thread and put in the other. The second rule is to be kind to the people posting in here. The third is to have fun. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi Everyone, I took a long break while I went on holiday to Norway - snorkeling with herring eating (not mammal eating) orcas! Absolutely fantastic by the way ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ‹ But my point is, normally I am audibly wheezing with mild chest pains from asthma in cold weather, though I am lucky that I never get an actual attack. This time, even when temperatures dropped below zero, I could breathe normally, no wheezing, no chest pains! I still have a long way to go to increase my lung capacity I know, but such HUGE improvements since I started Breathology! So big thanks and lots of gratitude to Stig, Rory, all the team and also to everyone here for your friendly and helpful community encouragement ๐Ÿ˜โค๏ธ
