Synergy Weekly Newsletter ๐๏ธ
Another big week across the Synergy community and it has been fantastic to see so many athletes showing up, executing and supporting each other. Remember the Synergy equation: Time Management ร Habit Formation = Consistency Consistency is what turns training into results. Athlete Results ๐ Huge congratulations to our athletes who raced this weekend. Damo took 1st in his Age Group at the Hills Sprint Aquabike with a strong and well executed race ๐ฅ Nell (Janelle) delivered a brilliant performance at Hell of the West 70.3, taking Australian Triathlon Age Group Bronze ๐ฅ Podiums are the outcome, but what we really celebrate is the weeks and months of consistency that lead to them. Well done team. Cairns Build Updates ๐ The Cairns athletes are continuing to build nicely. Gaby has been absolutely dialled in with training while over in Mexico, embracing the Synergy mindset of Accept, Adjust and Adapt. Travelling, new environments and different routines can be challenging but she has handled it brilliantly and is looking strong heading into the next block. As a community we also want to support Shelby, who is heading out to regional Queensland for work. New location, new job and maintaining a Cairns build is a big adjustment. Please jump into the chats and support her as much as possible. One of the strengths of this community is that no one trains alone. Jessie is currently on annual leave and is about to have a massive 3 weeks of pro hours!! Haha be careful what you wish for, girl ๐
Ultraman Build ๐ On the Ultraman side of things, training is continuing to progress well. Tab has been incredibly dialled in and is looking strong and confident in the current phase of the build. On a personal note, my travel nursing contract has officially finished and I will be returning to Brisbane this week, which means more stability in training and the chance to reconnect with many of you in person again. Upcoming Events ๐ Sunny Coast Simulation Day For both Cairns athletes and Ultraman athletes, we will soon be organising a Simulation Training Day on the Sunshine Coast.
