Day 1 - 1:30 Day 2 - 1:30 Day 3 - 1:48 l felt much more relaxed. Days 1 and 2 were a lot of effort. I achieved those times because I was an open-water swimmer. When I looked at the stopwatch, I thought I'd only gone 1:20. I was surprised by the time. When I stopped the breath-hold, it wasn't out of distress, but because I felt like I was going to laugh. Maybe because I was relaxed (?).
