It's Boring But It Will Get Even Beginners Glowing and Thriving Raw Vegan in 2026
Nobody talks about this part. When you first discover raw vegan, there's a rush. New recipes, new flavors, a whole new way of seeing food. Your body starts changing. Your skin starts clearing. You feel ALIVE. That excitement is real and it's beautiful. But here's what I want you to hear: that excitement is the spark. It's not the system. Your brain doesn't actually thrive on constant novelty. It thrives on patterns. On repetition. On knowing what comes next without having to think hard about it. That's not boring, that's freedom. Right now, are you spending mental energy every single day trying to figure out what to eat? Researching complicated recipes after a long day at work, while the kids need dinner, while life is happening all around you? That exhaustion is what sends people back to old habits. Not lack of willpower. Lack of a simple, repeatable system. Fruit for lunch. A big gorgeous salad for dinner. That's it. Not glamorous. Not going viral. But you know what it is? @Jj Judd ๐Ÿ˜Š Thank you. I like the delay method. I'm going to try that. I think because I'm just getting back into it, I don't have a many raw options at home as I would like. So I will work on that this week.
